📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Generally, orders received by 11PM are shipped by 5pm the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak times (e.g. new launches or promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options via USPS, UPS, and DHL.  All rates are calculated by our carriers at order checkout and are subject to vary depending on to/from address and time of year.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories. Please contact us if you’d like to inquire about international orders.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.


⚠️ Shipping Delays or Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather-related events.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


🔁 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@stilettosonsteel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.


🛠️ Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
